Tomorrow I’m discussing the new programming that I’m hoping to do. Jerrod from EO3 hooked me up with his Strength program and I’m looking to start the first cycle within the week. Shoulder is still out of commission for most things so it’s leg day every day. I’ll post up more information as well as a set of goals once I have this all set up at the Box. Can’t wait to see how this plays out.
