1000 Times Tougher:
Give it everything you have, push yourself everyday and build your body, mind and spirit to be tougher than you have ever been. Complete 1000 Burpees, 1000 pushups and 1000 situps by the end of the month. Track your progress, share your progress and photograph or video your progress.
I’m going the Get Fit Stay Fit Challenge, this month has a couple choices I’m taking on this one. I’ve been doing morning workouts that usually involve a run and something. Looks like I’ll taking this on in those workouts. Let’s see how this goes.
