Strength day today, Wendler 5-3-1 Squat, and Juggernaut Shoulder Press.
Coming in off a couple days outside of the gym I rocked the row today. Best time for 1k at 3:36 was a nice number for me. The death by Burpees that followed was not so fun but I made it through. Post WOD was strength sets, Wendler for Strict Shoulder and Juggernaut for squats. Pictures of my morning.
