Put my new bumpersticker on the truck today and then the workout tonight was benchmarking deadlift for the Paleo Challenge, and then a little metcon with 150M runs and Bear Complex. Good times at Capital City Crossfit. Finished the day off with my Paleo Chili which is really good.
