Makes my single life today somewhat less impressive, but I did buy a combo give myself a gift today and my birthday is coming up gift.
Today and tomorrow are my weekend, so I’m going to run errands, lift heavy, and do some excellent cooking. I’m also going to answer all questions that come in, so I’m starting TMI Tuesday early so go ahead kiddos.

Overall a great day, happy to be back in the gym. It’s easy to forget sometimes how much a little time off can help your body. Tomorrow is another rest day because the gym closes before I get off work, then Sunday back at it hard charging into another week.
