Last night barbell club, who would have thought that the last set of the night, would have started like the first picture, and ended like the third.  Before picking myself back up and hitting a successful rep to walk away like the last.

Text 30 Jul Days off

Today and tomorrow are my weekend, so I’m going to run errands, lift heavy, and do some excellent cooking.  I’m also going to answer all questions that come in, so I’m starting TMI Tuesday early so go ahead kiddos.

First day back after a couple days off.

10x2 Banded Deadlifts 225# plus bands

5x5 Incline Bench 135

7 Minute AMRAMP

12 Pullups

12 Pistols

12 Hand Release Pushups

2 rds plus 12/6

3x10 weighted GHD raises 45#

3x20 unbroken GHD situps

Overall a great day, happy to be back in the gym.  It’s easy to forget sometimes how much a little time off can help your body.  Tomorrow is another rest day because the gym closes before I get off work, then Sunday back at it hard charging into another week.
