Text 4 Oct CYP day 3

The biggest news of the day is that I had my physical for work today, part of that was getting on the scale. Something I never do for myself. So I saw what I actually weigh, it’s interesting because I’m heavier than I expected but still fitting all the same clothes with no real sign that I’m heavier. I’m at about my pre Oklahoma weight, I’m trying to decide if I’m going to follow Zone for the challenge to see what my body does, thinking of putting myself at 15 blocks/day and seeing what happens.

Teaching can be really cool sometimes, it can also suck bigtime, often in the same day.

Doing a challenge that you don’t change much about the way you eat…..feels kind of like cheating.

Lifting all the weights during open gym is awesome.
