Today I hit a new PR in my workout for Outlaw.  Worked on the Split Jerk 10x1, started at my old best 175 and made it all the way up to 230.  Amazing jump and makes me realize how far I’ve come since being here and following Rudy’s programming.

Put my new bumpersticker on the truck today and then the workout tonight was benchmarking deadlift for the Paleo Challenge, and then a little metcon with 150M runs and Bear Complex.  Good times at Capital City Crossfit.  Finished the day off with my Paleo Chili which is really good.
