This Saturday my box did a hero workout to raise money for a fellow ranger killed in the line of duty. Margaret Anderson was killed while on duty at Mount Rainier National Park on New Years day. The total in this picture isn’t the final, we ended up with almost $800 for her family. As a Ranger my heart goes out to her family and I was happy to participate in such an important WOD. It was made even better because this workout that I was doing for a sister in the NPS was my first Rx plus workout. Rx was 95# thrusters and 53# kettlebells for the carry, but I did 70#s for the carry. To the family of Mrs. Anderson my thoughts are with you.
