Challenge day 2

Another perfect day in the challenge.  I’m struggling with energy levels especially in my workouts.  At 240 I should get somewhere between 240-360 grams of protein a day but my current intake is only about half that.  It’s starting to carry over into my WODs, today’s was especially rough.  Here’s some pictures of my meals today.

The last one is the amount of water I had left to drink for the day at 830 tonight.  Needless to say I need to be more aware of my pace throughout the day.
