I will do this, just not till after I finish the open wod. Actually the month of March I will be working on my air squat, goal is to get 200 unbroken by the end of the month so who knows I may give this a go a few times.

Mid week running
Nice outside today so the Wod included some running. Great to get into the box on a Wednesday and do a workout, I’ve been putting in overtime at work and getting in a good workout in the morning just makes everything feel better. A win for Friday
Coming in off a couple days outside of the gym I rocked the row today. Best time for 1k at 3:36 was a nice number for me. The death by Burpees that followed was not so fun but I made it through. Post WOD was strength sets, Wendler for Strict Shoulder and Juggernaut for squats. Pictures of my morning.

First week at work
Good first week, I started the new job and it’s giving me a sense of purpose. Going along with that it was a good week of crossfit and I had some fun even with some pretty rough WODs. Day off, and new clothes
No work today, but I start with a full day of training tomorrow. Today was a day for me, I rested, read a book, and worked out of course. Then I picked up new clothes for work.

Eating in a hospital makes it hard to stay paleo
Ran home today to spend some time with the family, Dad is in the hospital with some sort of infection. Another day on the hunt. Found out that I did not make the interview stage for Grand Teton or the BLM jobs. Tomorrow I have an interview though, at the Starbucks down the street from my house. I love coffee and am looking forward to working again so I really hope that I get the job. Challenge day 2
Another perfect day in the challenge. I’m struggling with energy levels especially in my workouts. At 240 I should get somewhere between 240-360 grams of protein a day but my current intake is only about half that. It’s starting to carry over into my WODs, today’s was especially rough. Paleo Challenge off to the races
Today is the first day of the paleo challenge and I made it through the day with all my points. In addition to my normal Monday CrossFit I spent time working on weight bags for the Strongman Sunday workouts, and did my sets of Wendler and Juggernaut.
